✔ Surface Defects – Minor cracks can occur naturally, but we cover excessive cracking or surface defects beyond standard expectations.

How It Works
1️⃣ Report an issue – Contact us within one year of your project completion with your original invoice number.
2️⃣ Inspection & Assessment – We’ll evaluate the concern and determine the best solution.
3️⃣ Repair or Replacement – If covered, we’ll take care of the issue—free of charge.
Workmanship Guarantee Lengths
1️⃣ Standard Projects
✔️ Concrete Strength – Minimum 3,500 PSI mix for standard residential use.
✔️ Reinforcement – Includes wire mesh in all slabs for basic strength and crack control.
✔️ Warranty – 1-year workmanship guarantee covering structural integrity and any surface defects beyond normal wear.
2️⃣ Pro Projects
✔️ Concrete Strength – Minimum 4,000 PSI, air-entrained for improved freeze–thaw durability.
✔️ Reinforcement – #3 rebar grid, 24” on center for added strength and stability.
✔️ Sealant – 1 coat of standard water-based or acrylic sealer for basic surface protection.
✔️ Warranty – 3-year workmanship guarantee covering structural cracks beyond control joints and decorative finish issues.
3️⃣ Premium Projects
✔️ Concrete Strength – Minimum 4,500 PSI premium mix designed for high-traffic and weather-resistant performance.
✔️ Reinforcement – #3 or #4 rebar grid, 18” on center with added fiber reinforcement throughout the mix.
✔️ Sealant – 3 coats of UV-blocking polyaspartic or urethane sealer for maximum longevity and gloss retention.
✔️ Warranty – 5–7 year workmanship guarantee covering structural integrity, finish quality, and surface protection under normal conditions.
